Upgrade Veeam Enterprice Manager from 9.5.x to 10

Product: Veeam Backup Catalog -- Error 1921.Service Veeam Guest Catalog Service (VeeamCatalogSvc) could not be stopped.  

Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services.

 

Set Veeam Guest Catalog Service to "Manual" startup type.

Reboot server

 

Then try to upgrade Enterprise Managager again.

 

Aften upgrade , the installation will change the startup type to Automatic (Delayed Start) again.
