Configuration Backups Fail After Moving SQL Database

Veeam B&R 9.5b. I moved a SQL database from SQL Express to a dedicated SQL 2016 

I stopped all Veeam services, used SQL Management Studio to detach the database and then attached on my SQL 2016. I then ran the Database connection utility to specify the new server.

And got this error :
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.BatchParser,
Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91'
or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified
I had to install these two packages, to solve the problem

VMware vSAN and RegKey MaxSnapshotsPerDatastore

To limit the number of concurrent snapshots per datastore specially in a vSAN environment. I had set this currently to "30" and haven't seen any issues or performance problems.

Set value: 30

This customer had veeam 9.5 u4b and esxi 6.7 u3 

Disable block cloning

There is a way to disable block cloning.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Backup and Replication\RefsVirtualSyntheticDisabled
Type: REG_DWORD (0 False, 1 True)
Default value: 0

Description: By default, Veeam Backup & Replication uses Fast Clone for all backup repositories that meet the specified requirements. You can disable this option with this value.
